Hello, I’m Shereen, and I’ve been living in Germany for nine years. Through my volunteer work with women, I have recognized the importance of support that many women need. Many have great potential but face obstacles such as language barriers and lack of self-confidence. This is why I founded the HEYV platform – to help women develop, acquire knowledge, and confidently enter the job market.
HEYV is not just a digital platform, but also a community that believes in women, their role, and their right to opportunities.

Our Mission – Empowering Women, Promoting Integration
Shereen: A master’s student in business informatics, Shereen founded the HEYV platform with her vision and passion. With over seven years of volunteer work in women’s support projects, she combines her expertise in marketing and artificial intelligence.
Mariam: With five years of experience in social work, especially supporting women with migrant backgrounds, Mariam complements her deep knowledge in the social field with her business management studies.
Preeti: Holding a master’s degree in computer science with a focus on artificial intelligence, Preeti brings technological expertise and innovative ideas to the team.
